The AIRAC system defined by ICAO is based on common advance dates for supplying raw data.
 

This system ensures that all parties concerned have the same data set. The raw data must be delivered to AIS only by an authorized person.
 

AIRAC dates and associated latest dates for provision of data are given in the table below. The raw data must be delivered to AIS in writing on the given day at 2100 UTC at the latest. Please note that if you submit previously unpublished information in AIP, the change request must be submitted no later than two weeks before the actual last data submission date (data to AIS by).
 

Advance information of large changes shall be delivered to AIS at least 6 months before the planned effective date (Double AIP AIRAC AMDT **).
 

 

AIP AMDT has been planned to be published only for those AIRAC effective dates marked by an asterisk (*) or (**).
